Tasting Notes
Medium ruby in color with intense aromas of blackberry, black raspberry, berry jam, black tea, graham cracker crust, and hints of stone fruit. Bright on the attack, yet rich with black fruits, berries, raspberry, spices, and plum with a touch of BBQ sauce, medium acid, and an excellent long finish.
Food and Wine Pairing
Duck Ragu and Pappardelle
