Tasting Notes

Carboniste 2020 “Mackerel” Pét Nat Extra Brut is pétillant naturel wine with the trademark crown cap enclosure. Flavors of tropical and stone fruits with aromas of lemon creme.

Carboniste 2020 “Octopus” Sparkling Albariño is also enclosed with a crown cap. It has aromas of peach, grapefruit, mango, lemongrass, lime zest, and crisp on the palate.

Lytle-Barnett 2017 Blanc de Noirs in our opinion, is made by the best sparkling producer in Oregon. It’s a traditional method wine made from 100% Pinot Noir — it’s impressive.

Lytle-Barnett 2016 Brut Rosé is a fan favorite traditional sparkling made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay — expect them to come back for more!
