Tasting Notes
Medium purple in color. Grapey, perfumed, black cherry, subtle soy sauce, maybe tamarind, earth, dried herbs, and vanilla. Pleasant entry with sweet red cherry, red raspberry, nectarine, prominent tannin, medium to medium plus acid, medium to full-bodied, long finish, a touch bitter. This wine delivers more on the palate than you might expect. Don’t be afraid to let it sit a bit.
